Fall Self-Care

I don’t know about you but when I think about fall, I instantly think about all the things that make me I don’t know about you but when I think about fall, I instantly think about all the things that make me smile, feel warm and cozy, and are good for my soul! Fall is my spirit season! You guys can have your spirit animals, I have a spirit season!

Not only is the weather cooler and therefore my spirts are in a much happier place, but this is the time of year for all the beautiful colors, and smells, and feels….oh the feels. I am all for the snuggly sweaters and warm hoodies, the baked apple smell and all things pumpkin, and all the hues of gold, copper, green, orange and even brown.

For those who know me, they know I love to craft and I think fall is my favorite even over Christmas (please help those around you that just passed out because I said that.) I am full blown into decorating for fall and making my own decorations right now. This is my self-care. Getting fresh walls for a few weeks, noticing what I could do differently next time, or even changing it mid-season, and getting that sense of accomplishment that I did the work and being happy with my take on what it should look like.

What do you like to do for fall self-care? Whatever it is, take some time now to enjoy those things and recharge before the crazy season gets here and we all forget what self-care is. If you need some ideas here is a list for you.
