November is a great month to focus on gratitude. With a name like Thankful Hearts Coaching you might expect we would always be focusing on gratitude and you would be correct! Every Sunday we look at what we are grateful for and this practice helps us to start our weeks off on a positive note.
Coming from a mindset of gratitude helps to put things in perspective and give us an opportunity to appreciate where we are and how much we have grown. It also helps us realize how blessed we are for the life we are allowed to lead.
If you find it hard to find gratitude for your everyday life, I encourage you to start small. Think of one thing you are happy about in your life and give thanks for that. When you make gratitude a part of your daily habit you start to find more and more things in your life that are wonderful and amazing!
I would like to challenge you during the month of November to find at least 1 thing every day to be thankful for. Write it down because at the end of the month you will have a list of 30 different things that are good in your life. If you get stuck, make google your best friend, search “gratitude” and you will find a huge list of things people are grateful for and apply one that fits in your life.
