We know life happens. Our cancellation policy is based on fixed dates regardless of when you register.

50% refund, OR full credit toward a future retreat

AFTER AUGUST 8

No refund. Spot may be transferred to another participant with advance notice.

By registering after any of these dates, you agree to the policy in effect at that time.

Orsika is a writer, speaker, and healing advocate dedicated to helping people navigate burnout, caregiving, emotional exhaustion, boundary rebuilding, and personal healing. Through honest storytelling and practical guidance, she encourages others to rediscover their voice, rebuild self-trust, and create healthier, more grounded lives after difficult seasons.

Her work is deeply rooted in resilience — not as perfection or constant strength, but as the quiet decision to keep showing up, healing, and growing one step at a time. Through books, guided workbooks, speaking engagements, and educational programs, Orsika creates compassionate spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward.

In her free time, Orsika enjoys time with her loved ones, walking the shorelines of Lake Michigan and Lake Superior collecting rocks, and loving her pets.

Jen Anderson is a Beliefs and Boundaries Specialist, Accountability Coach, and author based in Nebraska. As founder of Thankful Hearts Coaching, Jen works with midlife women who are tired of overgiving, second-guessing, and shrinking themselves to keep everyone else comfortable. Her work helps women identify and rewire the limiting beliefs holding them back, set compassionate boundaries without guilt, and step into decisions with clarity and confidence.

Jen is the author of Give Your Yes a Bestie Named No and co-host of the Embrace Your Value podcast with trauma therapist Kristen Burrus. She also does family recovery coaching for women navigating life with a loved one who struggles with addiction. Her coaching philosophy is grounded in a formula she lives by: Belief + Boundaries = Bliss.

Will I have my own room?

We are renting a private Airbnb for the retreat, which means private rooms cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to ensure everyone has a comfortable, restful space. The application process helps us create a group that feels safe and compatible. If a private room is a firm requirement, please reach out before applying.

What is included in the price?

All lodging, meals from Friday dinner through Sunday morning, your custom workbook, four workshops, three pre-retreat Zoom calls, and the post-retreat integration call are all included. Travel to and from Michigan is not included.

When does the program start?

The full program begins the week of August 7, 2026, with the first pre-retreat Zoom call. You will have three group Zoom sessions before you arrive in Michigan.

I am nervous about being around people all weekend. Is that okay?

Completely. This retreat is built for you. Every day includes significant white space where you are never required to be on. Evening activities like the sharing circle are always optional. You can participate as much or as little as feels right.

What should I expect on Sunday?

Sunday is a gentle close. Breakfast, a morning reflection, a final workshop on sustainable change, and a closing circle. Departure is planned for 10:00 to 11:00 AM, depending on the final Airbnb confirmation.
