When applying for or supporting the scholarship program, the following information may be collected:

• name and contact information
• application responses
• payment information for sponsorship contributions
• optional testimonials or reflections

Information collected through the scholarship program may be used to:

• review and evaluate scholarship applications
• communicate with applicants and sponsors
• administer the scholarship program
• share scholarship impact updates

Scholarship applications are reviewed by Thankful Hearts Coaching and are kept confidential.

Personal information submitted through the application process will not be shared publicly without permission.

Scholarship recipients may be invited to share reflections or testimonials about their experience.

Testimonials are only shared publicly with the participant’s permission. Participants may choose to remain anonymous.

Thankful Hearts Coaching takes reasonable measures to protect personal information submitted through scholarship applications and sponsorship contributions.
