This practice is about giving you a place to pause, get honest with yourself, and choose differently.

You recognize the people-pleasing.

You know what boundaries are supposed to look like.

You might even know exactly what you should say.

But then the moment hits.

The guilt shows up.

The fear gets loud.

The pressure from the other person, or the pressure you put on yourself, takes over.

And you're back there again.

Saying yes when you wanted to pause.

Staying quiet when you wanted to speak.

Leaving the conversation feeling like you let yourself down.

It's not a knowledge problem.

It's a moment problem.
