Hi, I'm Jen.
I help women stop worrying that choosing themselves means letting everyone else down.
I'm a Beliefs & Boundaries Specialist, accountability coach, author, and founder of Thankful Hearts Coaching.
I help women who are exhausted from overgiving, people-pleasing, second-guessing themselves, and carrying the weight of everyone else's expectations rebuild self-trust, create compassionate boundaries, and make decisions that actually feel like their own.
Because whether it's happening in your relationships, your business, or simply in the way you move through your day, constantly putting yourself last eventually catches up with you.
And I know that because I've lived it.

Because whether it's happening in your relationships, your business, or simply in the way you move through your day, constantly putting yourself last eventually catches up with you.
And I know that because I've lived it.
I didn't learn this work
from a textbook alone.
For years, I was really good at being the person everyone else could count on. I cared deeply about the people around me and somewhere along the way, their needs, feelings, and expectations started carrying more weight than my own.
I didn't recognize it as people-pleasing at the time. I just knew I spent a lot of energy wondering if I'd said the right thing, made the right choice, or done enough.
My own journey from people-pleasing to peace-finding taught me something that now sits at the center of everything I do:
"You don't find yourself by becoming better at taking care of everyone else. You find yourself when you finally learn to trust and choose YOU."
That journey changed my life and eventually became the work I knew I was meant to do.
For years, I knew what it felt like to:

Question myself constantly

Overthink everything

Carry emotional responsibility for the people around me

Struggle to ask for what I needed

Say yes when something inside me really wanted to say no

Feel disconnected from my own desires, voice, and identity

When your beliefs support who you're becoming and your boundaries protect what matters to you, you stop building your life and your business around everyone else's expectations.
You start choosing from a place of self-trust.
I bring training to this work.
But I also bring real life.
I'm a certified Life Coach, Health Coach, Transformation Coach, and Mastery Transformation Coach, and my work has been featured on NBC, CBS, ABC, and FOX.
I'm also a bestselling author and the creator of books, workbooks, coaching experiences, and communities designed to help women stop apologizing for their needs, boundaries, dreams, voices, and the lives they truly want.
But credentials aren't what make this work personal to me.
I've done the work myself.
That's why my coaching isn't about perfection or telling you what you should do.
It's honest conversations, practical tools, compassionate accountability, a little humor when we need it, and support as you learn to trust your own voice again.

And when I'm not coaching...

You'll probably find me planning my next trip.
Travel is one of my own versions of bliss, along with spending time with family and friends, laughing deeply, writing, and having the kind of meaningful conversations that leave women feeling seen, understood, and a little more confident than they were before.
I don't believe boundaries are about creating a smaller life.
I believe they're how we finally make room
for the life we actually want.
And I'd love to help you make room for yours.
